The CPCA Education Hub (branded as Growth Works with Skills’ Education Hub) is a centralised digital platform designed to connect schools and colleges across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough with employers, training providers, and career opportunities. Built to improve the quality and relevance of careers education, the Hub serves as a dynamic resource for educators, learners, and employers alike.

With tools including an interactive events calendar, job postings, and apprenticeships profiles, the Hub helps schools coordinate virtual employer encounters, embed Gatsby Benchmarks, and support SEND settings. It also offers learning provider compliance tools, LMI data, and resources on apprenticeships and work experience.
